About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Jr. Recruitment Executive / Senior Recruitment Executive to join our recruitment team in Ahmedabad.
The ideal candidate should have 3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a strong background in hiring for Accounts, Finance, Auditing and Outsourcing companies. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of various talent sourcing channels.Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job requirements and prepare effective candidate search strategies.
Source candidates through multiple channels including:
Job portals
LinkedIn
Employee referrals
Social media platforms
Recruitment databases
Networking and references
Direct sourcing / headhunting
Handle recruitment for Accounts, Finance, Audit, Taxation and Outsourcing profiles.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, communication and suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary and support candidates through the offer and joining process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are achieved.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of talent sourcing techniques and recruitment channels.
Good understanding of different modes of sourcing and headhunting.
Experience in using LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment platforms.
Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of Accounts, Finance, Auditing and Outsourcing recruitment will be highly preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
3–6 years of recruitment experience.
Candidates who have worked in Recruitment Consultancy, Staffing, Outsourcing or Corporate Recruitment environments are preferred.
Proven experience in hiring Accounts / Finance / Audit professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and networking capabilities.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month CTC, depending on experience, recruitment expertise and candidate profile.Location
