Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Bangalore, Whitefield (5 Days WFO)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce engaging and on-brand visuals across a variety of media. You will be responsible for the entire design process—from understanding requirements to delivering high-quality graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, UI/UX elements, and packaging designs.
Your work will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand design briefs and translate requirements into compelling visuals
Conceptualize and develop creative design solutions
Create illustrations, logos, packaging designs, and layouts
Design for digital platforms (web, social media, UI/UX) and print media
Collaborate with copywriters and the creative team to produce final designs
Present ideas and incorporate feedback effectively
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines
Test and optimize designs across different platforms and formats
Deliver high-quality work within deadlines
Requirements:
3–8 years of proven experience in graphic design
Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, branding, or packaging work
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, or Adobe XD
Good understanding of UI/UX principles
Strong attention to detail and aesthetics
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience with motion graphics or video editing
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience working in FMCG / e-commerce / branding agencies
