Role: Telesales Executive – Health Insurance
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: 20,000 to 30,000 + PF & Mediclaim
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers through inbound & outbound calls.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans.
Explain policy benefits, coverage, premiums, exclusions, and terms clearly.
Generate and convert leads into health insurance sales.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain the sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
