Role Description The Software Engineering Manager will lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality AI-driven and cloud-based solutions aligned with client and product requirements. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and involves overseeing end-to-end project execution, from technical planning and architecture reviews to code quality, performance optimization, and release management.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development and Software Design, including experience with modern programming languages, architectures, and design patterns.
Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership capabilities, including mentoring, performance management, and building inclusive, collaborative engineering teams.
Candidates should possess solid Project Management experience, including planning, estimation, risk management, and delivery within agile or similar methodologies.
Candidates should possess expertise in Distributed Systems, including scalable microservices, cloud-native architectures, and high-availability solutions.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with AI/ML, data platforms, or cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly beneficial.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical decisions with business goals.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
