Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Manager with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, IT infrastructure, networking, security, cloud, and IT modernization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage IT operations, infrastructure, and technical support.
Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Defender, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
Manage users, access, MFA, security and endpoints.
Troubleshoot servers, networks, VPN, DNS and other IT issues.
Manage IT vendors, projects, migrations and infrastructure improvements.
Drive security, automation and IT modernization initiatives.
Maintain IT documentation, policies and processes.
Required Skills
Microsoft 365 & Entra ID
Windows Server & Networking
IT Security & Microsoft Defender
Azure/Cloud
VPN, DNS, DHCP
IT Support & Troubleshooting
IT Project & Vendor Management
PowerShell/Scripting is a plus
