Role Description The Technical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of AI and software development projects. This role oversees project planning, scope, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills to plan, execute, and oversee complex, multi-phase initiatives.
Candidates should possess solid Team Leadership and Communication skills to guide cross-functional teams and maintain transparent stakeholder engagement.
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, manage risks, prioritize tasks, and support decision-making.
Experience managing software development or AI/ML projects, preferably in a product or services company environment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and common project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software delivery practices such as DevOps and CI/CD is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) are a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively with distributed teams across time zones.
