Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong IT recruitment expertise to manage end-to-end hiring for technical positions and support our growing technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean/X-Ray Search, referrals, and other channels.
Hire for roles across Software Development, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, GenAI, Testing, and other emerging technologies.
Screen resumes and conduct initial technical/HR discussions.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and close positions within timelines.
Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain recruitment MIS, pipeline reports, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
4–5 years of hands-on IT/Technical Recruitment experience.
Strong understanding of technical skills, IT roles, and recruitment processes.
Excellent sourcing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple technical requirements and closures simultaneously.
