Role Description
Experience: Minimum 2 years
As Account Manager, you'll be the key point of contact between our clients and design teams managing project budgets, negotiating terms, and ensuring every client relationship is handled with the same care and precision we bring to our designs.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the project lifecycle
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets with a win-win approach
Plan, track, and manage project budgets efficiently
Liaise between clients and internal design/execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Monitor project progress and proactively flag budget or timeline risks
Resolve client concerns promptly and maintain high client satisfaction
Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and interpersonal skills.
Candidates should possess capabilities in project coordination, scheduling, and basic understanding of architecture or interior design workflows.
Candidates should possess skills in proposal development, presentation creation, and business communication (written and verbal).
Candidates should possess proficiency in using productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, project management or CRM software) and maintaining organized records.
Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in account management, client servicing, or business development within design, architecture, real estate, or hospitality is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a professional, inclusive approach with diverse clients.
