Role Description
FITPASS is looking for a creative and highly motivated Video Editor who understands that great editing drives attention, engagement, and impact—especially across social media platforms.
The ideal candidate should have experience creating high-performing short-form and long-form content, with a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, audience retention, and platform-specific editing styles. If you're passionate about content creation, social media trends, and fitness-focused storytelling, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Content Editing & Production
Edit engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and digital advertisements.
Create platform-specific edits optimized for audience engagement and performance.
Transform raw footage into compelling visual stories that align with brand objectives.
Ensure high-quality output while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Collaboration & Creative Execution
Work closely with content creators, producers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life.
Contribute ideas for content improvements, storytelling approaches, and trend-based edits.
Maintain consistency in visual style, brand messaging, and content quality.
Social-First Content Creation
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing techniques, and content formats.
Understand audience behavior and implement editing strategies that maximize watch time, engagement, and retention.
Create thumb-stopping content that captures attention within the first few seconds.
Qualifications & Skills
2–3 years of professional video editing experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
Strong understanding of social media content formats and editing styles.
Excellent sense of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and audience engagement.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Portfolio or showreel showcasing relevant editing work is mandatory.
