🚨 We're Hiring | Business Analyst | FITPASS 🚨
Are you passionate about turning data into business decisions? We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at FITPASS and work at the intersection of business, product, and technology.If you enjoy solving complex problems, analysing customer behaviour, and driving business growth through insights, we'd love to connect with you.
What You'll Do
✔️ Analyse business performance and identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
✔️ Convert business requirements into actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
✔️ Build dashboards and reports using SQL, Advanced Excel, and BI tools.
✔️ Analyse customer journeys, conversion funnels, and business KPIs.
✔️ Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to improve processes and support strategic decision-making.
What We're Looking For
✔️ 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Analytics, or Data
Analytics.
✔️ Strong proficiency in SQL and Advanced Excel.
✔️ Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
✔️ Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and process improvement.
✔️ Exposure to Health-Tech, Consumer-Tech, E-commerce, Subscription Businesses, or Wellness will be an added advantage.
