Marketplace Executive
📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana

About the Role
We are looking for a Marketplace Executive to manage and grow Pogoloom’s presence across major marketplaces such as Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa fashion, Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong marketplace experience, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day operations while driving sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end marketplace operations, listings, catalogues, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
Drive marketplace sales, revenue, conversion, and profitability.
Optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ content.
Monitor marketplace performance, rankings, traffic, conversion, and competitor activity.
Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns.
Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, creative, and customer support teams.
Track orders, returns, cancellations, stock availability, and operational issues.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
Manage marketplace account health and resolve operational/catalogue-related issues.
Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in marketplace management/e-commerce operations.
Hands-on experience with Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces.
Strong knowledge of marketplace dashboards, cataloguing, promotions, and advertising.
Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace analytics.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and work independently.
Experience in fashion/apparel/kidswear/D2C will be an advantage.
