WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR MANAGER – ACCOUNTS
Location: HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar (Bengaluru)
Full-Time | Permanent | Work from Office
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime/ERP.
Record receipts, payments, purchases, expenses, journal entries and bank transactions.
Maintain ledgers for patients, vendors, employees, directors, lenders and other parties.
Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Prepare and monitor billing, collections and outstanding receivables.
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
Maintain petty cash and verify supporting bills and vouchers.
Statutory & Tax Compliance
Compute and assist with timely payment and filing of TDS, GST, Professional Tax, PF, ESI, Advance Tax and other applicable statutory liabilities.
Prepare TDS returns, GST returns and statutory reconciliations.
Issue and reconcile TDS certificates, including Form 16 and Form 16A.
Maintain proper documentation for Income Tax, GST, Companies Act and applicable labour-law compliance.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, auditors, banks and statutory authorities.
Assist with statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits and regulatory inspections.
Financial Reporting & Controls
Prepare daily collection and payment reports for management.
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets and cash-flow reports.
Prepare budgets, expense comparisons and variance reports.
Monitor cash and bank balances and provide regular fund-position updates.
Prepare schedules for loans, interest, director remuneration, statutory dues, creditors and advances.
Support monthly and quarterly MIS reporting for management and the Board.
Payroll & Administration Support
Assist with monthly payroll processing.
Verify attendance, leave, reimbursements, professional fees and salary deductions.
Maintain employee-related accounting records and statutory deduction schedules.
Support banking transactions and documentation required by banks and financial institutions.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare, hospital, clinic or service-sector organization.
Practical knowledge of TDS, GST, Professional Tax, PF, ESI and Income Tax compliance.
