Role Description As a Personal Shopper for Fashion Brands at Crepdog Crew, you will guide customers in selecting sneakers, streetwear, and related products that match their style, preferences, and budget. You will provide personalized recommendations, explain product features, and ensure a high-quality in-store experience from greeting to checkout. Daily tasks include assisting with fittings, maintaining product displays, updating customers on new drops and collections, and handling basic sales transactions. You will collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets, manage customer inquiries, and support merchandising and inventory checks. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket.

Working Hours : 11am-8pm
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers and build lasting relationships.
Customer service and customer experience skills to deliver attentive, personalized, and solution-oriented support.
Sales skills with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and achieving individual and store targets.
Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and fashion trends, with the ability to translate product knowledge into recommendations.
Ability to work on-site in Saket, including weekends and peak retail hours.
Attention to detail in product presentation, store aesthetics, and inventory handling.
Previous experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash/card transactions.
