Role Description The Personal Shopper – Fashion Brands role is a full-time, on-site position based in Saket. The Personal Shopper will provide one-on-one assistance to customers, helping them select sneakers, streetwear, and related products that match their style, size, and budget. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, understanding their preferences, showcasing key collections and new arrivals, and creating curated looks across brands. The role involves managing fitting sessions, offering styling advice, ensuring a premium in-store experience, and supporting sales targets through upselling and cross-selling. The Personal Shopper will also assist with visual merchandising, maintain product displays, coordinate holds or reservations, and work closely with the store team to deliver consistent and high-quality customer service.

Working Hours : 11am-8pm
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage with diverse customers and build lasting relationships.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to provide personalized, high-quality in-store support and ensure satisfaction.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to advise customers confidently, drive conversions, and contribute to store revenue goals.
Candidates should have a genuine interest in fashion, sneakers, and streetwear, with the ability to stay updated on trends and new releases.
Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and peak hours.
Prior experience in fashion retail, luxury or streetwear stores, or personal shopping is preferred but not mandatory.
