About the Role
The Customer Agreements Team is responsible for maintaining centralized global standards for agreement creation and ensuring accurate data across Global Services, Alliances & Channels, and the Partner Network team. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong analytical, communication, and support skills to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Create, validate, and maintain customer agreements in line with global standards and compliance policies.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of agreement data to support multiple business functions.
Collaborate with stakeholders including Sales, Deal Management, Alliances & Channels, and Partner Network teams.
Support order management processes by setting up Agreements.
Identify gaps or inconsistencies in agreements and work with relevant teams for resolution.
Adapt to changing business needs and work across global time zones.
Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in agreement creation and validation processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in the support industry (experience in Order Management, Customer Agreements, or Deal Drafting preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with global stakeholder management experience.
Flexible to work in shifts as per business requirements.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Order Management or Agreement processes.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools for document validation or data accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
