Technical Lead – Full Stack Engineering
Chennai | Work From Office
Experience: 10–12 Years
Employment: Full-Time
We’re looking for a strong hands-on Technical Lead who loves building, solving complex problems, and leading engineers.
This is NOT a Project Management or purely People Management role. We need a technologist who can move comfortably between architecture, coding, code reviews, and technical leadership.
What You’ll Work On
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
Design and develop scalable web applications.
Build APIs, backend services and microservices.
Drive system design, architecture and database design.
Review code and maintain engineering standards.
Work with Product, QA and DevOps teams.
Take ownership from requirements → architecture → development → deployment → production.

System Design & Architecture
We’re Looking For Someone Who
Still loves writing code.
Has strong technical problem-solving skills.
Can make sound architecture and technology decisions.
Can mentor and guide engineers without micromanaging.
Takes end-to-end ownership of technical delivery.
Good to have: Enterprise/B2B, Manufacturing, ERP/MES, IoT or AI-enabled application experience.
