Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Recruiter role based in Gurugram. The Field Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for frontline and site-based roles, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes in line with business needs. The role involves partnering with hiring managers and site leaders to understand workforce requirements, organizing recruitment drives, and maintaining talent pipelines for multiple locations. The Field Recruiter will handle offer management, onboarding coordination, and compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. The role also includes maintaining recruitment data, preparing reports, and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract and retain diverse talent.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment for field or frontline roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, site leaders, and HR teams.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., job portals, social media, applicant tracking systems) and maintaining accurate hiring data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally and represent the organization positively.
Good understanding of local labor markets, basic employment law, and compliance requirements relevant to field recruitment.
Ability to work on-site across multiple locations when required, manage high-volume hiring, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; prior experience in facilities, food services, or related industries is an advantage.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
