Are you an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with expertise in Data Centers and Mission-Critical Infrastructure? This could be an exciting opportunity for you!
We are looking for an SME – Electrical to lead and support end-to-end electrical solution design for MW-scale Data Center projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
⚡ Develop end-to-end electrical designs for Data Centers
⚡ Design HT/MV/LV systems, Transformers, DGs, UPS, Batteries, Switchgear, Busways, PDUs/RPPs, ATS/STS and more
⚡ Develop SLDs, Load Schedules, Basis of Design, Equipment Sizing and Technical Specifications
⚡ Define redundancy philosophies – N, N+1, 2N and 2N+1
⚡ Review electrical calculations, protection coordination, voltage drop and power quality
⚡ Identify Single Points of Failure and ensure system reliability, maintainability and availability
⚡ Support RFP/RFQ, pre-sales, technical proposals and customer presentations
⚡ Coordinate with MEP, Civil, Fire, BMS/EPMS, ICT/ELV, Procurement and Commissioning teams
⚡ Support Testing, Commissioning and Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
🔹 Required Skills:
✅ Strong expertise in Data Center Electrical Infrastructure and Power Distribution
✅ Knowledge of Uptime/Tier Concepts, TIA-942, IEC, IEEE, NFPA, NEC and IS Standards
✅ Experience with ETAP/SKM/EasyPower, AutoCAD, Revit/Navisworks and MS Excel is preferred
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and customer-facing skills
🔹 Preferred Experience:
🔸 Hyperscale, Colocation or Mission-Critical Data Centers
🔸 Experience with Consultants, EPC Contractors, Data Center Operators/Developers or Electrical OEMs
🔸 Hands-on experience in MW-scale Data Center Electrical Design
