Senior Architect

We are looking for an Architect / Senior Architect to work with a leading Architectural firm in Mumbai!
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.
We are seeking a talented Architect / Designer with strong expertise in design presentations, 3D visualization, and detailed construction drawings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with traditional design software and modern AI-powered design tools, bringing innovation and creativity to client-facing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and present high-quality design concepts and architectural presentations.
Create detailed construction drawings and technical documentation.
Utilize 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization software to produce photorealistic outputs.
Leverage AI tools for generative design, feasibility studies, and conceptualization.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align design vision and execution.
Stay updated with the latest architectural design trends and AI-driven tools.
Required Skills & Tools
Software proficiency: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, Revit.
AI knowledge & tools:
Generative Design & Conceptualization: ARCHITEChTURES, TestFit, Autodesk Forma, Finch 3D.
Rendering & Visualization: Veras, Rendair, D5 Render.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design presentations, 3D visualization, and construction drawings.
