Role Description This is a full-time remote ETL role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines to support PPStack’s learning, analytics, and reporting platforms. The ETL professional will work with stakeholders to understand data requirements, extract data from diverse sources, transform it into usable formats, and load it into data warehouses or other target systems. Day-to-day tasks include building and optimizing ETL workflows, validating data quality, troubleshooting data integration issues, and ensuring data processes are performant and reliable. The role also involves collaborating with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to support AI-powered learning solutions and data-driven decision-making, while documenting processes and adhering to security and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and hands-on experience with ETL Tools.
Candidates should possess skills in Data Integration and Data Warehousing to support scalable, reliable data ecosystems.
Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to design and optimize schemas for analytics, reporting, and application use.
Candidates should possess proficiency in SQL and at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python) for data pipeline development.
Candidates should possess experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data stack tools.
Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in EdTech, AI/ML-driven products, or learning analytics is beneficial.
