Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and schedule candidates for assigned IT and Non-IT client roles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines to ensure high offer-to-joining ratios.
Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and personal networks to source quality talent.
Requirements
Proven experience in IT, Non-IT, or bulk recruitment.
Strong candidate screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
