Job Description:
Senior Sales Recruiter –5 to 10 Years A Sales Recruiter is responsible for placing IT consultants, developing vendor relationships, and placing consultants in suitable projects with clients across the US staffing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Match consultant skills with client requirements. Submit resumes to clients.
Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients.
Negotiate rates and contract terms.
Maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.
Follow up on interview feedback and project status.
Update consultant profiles and maintain databases.
Ensure successful placement of consultants on projects.
Required Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with job portals.
Understanding of visa types.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
