Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Executive to oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities and equipment. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure all machinery, equipment, and facilities are functioning efficiently.
Diagnose faults and coordinate timely repairs to minimize operational disruptions.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and inventory.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
Monitor maintenance costs and optimize resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and facilities.
Lead and guide maintenance staff and technicians.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
Proven experience in maintenance or facility management roles.
Strong knowledge of machinery, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance.
2 wheeler is compulsory.
