Head of Hospitality

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Hospitality to lead multi-outlet restaurant, banquet and event operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in P&L management, MIS, budgeting, food costing, business development and operational excellence, with a proven ability to create seamless and consistent operations across multiple outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee operations across multiple restaurants, banquets and event venues.
Drive revenue, profitability and overall business performance across all outlets.
Manage and review P&L, MIS, budgets, forecasts and operational KPIs.
Monitor food cost, beverage cost, inventory, wastage and manpower costs.
Plan and execute banquets, events, corporate functions and special occasions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and additional revenue streams.
Develop, implement and monitor SOPs across all outlets to ensure consistency and seamless operations.
Maintain high standards of food quality, service, hygiene and guest experience.
Lead, mentor and develop restaurant, banquet, kitchen and operational teams.
Work closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR and Procurement teams to achieve business objectives.
Conduct regular operational reviews and implement corrective and process-improvement measures.
Candidate Profile
12–18+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, clubs, banquets or events.
Proven experience in managing multiple restaurant/hospitality outlets.
Strong understanding of P&L, MIS, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls.
Strong knowledge of food & beverage costing, inventory and cost optimization.
Experience in banquet and event planning, execution and commercial management.
Proven ability to create and implement SOPs across multiple outlets.
Strong business development and revenue-generation capabilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Commercially focused with a strong track record of improving operational efficiency and profitability.
