Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, work authorization, and client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process end-to-end.
Work with hiring managers/clients to understand job requirements.
Negotiate rates, follow up with candidates, and maintain candidate relationships.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
Requirements:
Experience in US IT staffing/recruitment.
Knowledge of US work authorizations, IT technologies, and hiring processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
