Role Description The Growth Specialist will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Aynstyn’s digital ecosystem in a full-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing growth experiments, optimizing funnels, and identifying scalable channels for outreach and conversion. The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and content teams to shape positioning, refine messaging, and improve user journeys based on data-driven insights. The Growth Specialist will track performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and prepare reports that inform strategy and priorities. This position also requires building and managing initiatives that strengthen community, partnerships, and revenue growth while maintaining alignment with Aynstyn’s long-term, competence-building mission.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, experiment design, and performance tracking.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder alignment.
Candidates should possess Growth Hacking expertise, including funnel optimization, A/B testing, and channel experimentation.
Candidates should possess Sales capabilities for nurturing leads, managing pipelines, and converting prospects into active users.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver growth initiatives on time and within scope.
Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in edtech or career development products, familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and understanding of product-led growth.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a user-centric mindset is highly valuable.
