Position: Relationship Manager – Virtual NRI Channel
Location: Gandhinagar (Ahmedabad candidates can also apply)
CTC: ₹6.50 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
Handle virtual customer interactions with NRI clients through calls, video meetings, email, and digital platforms.
Manage lead-based sales and relationship building for NRI banking and financial products.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable BFSI solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective NRI customers.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and business closures.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation is mandatory.
1 to 6 years of experience in Banking, Finance, Broking, Wealth Management, General Insurance (GI), Health Insurance (HI), Life Insurance (LI), or any BFSI Sales.
Prior experience in virtual sales, telesales, customer relationship management, or NRI banking will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, relationship management, negotiation, and sales skills.
Fluent English communication is mandatory.
