Product Manager - Digital Lending - 3 to 6 yrs - Immediate Joiner
Location: Mumbai
We’re hiring a Product Manager to build and scale digital products within a high-volume consumer app ecosystem.
If you enjoy solving customer problems, owning digital journeys end-to-end, and working closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics and Business teams to turn product ideas into measurable outcomes, this role could be a strong fit.
What you’ll work on
Own products from discovery and user research through roadmap, PRDs, execution, launch and optimization
Build and improve digital customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, conversion and retention
Use product analytics, funnels, experimentation and customer insights to prioritize opportunities
Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Business, Risk and Compliance teams
Drive product strategy and roadmap for consumer-facing digital experiences
Work on ecosystem / partner-led products and integrations where relevant
What we’re looking for
3–4 years of Product Management experience
Experience in an app-based company / digital consumer ecosystem - mandatory
BFSI / FinTech experience preferred
Strong end-to-end product ownership and customer journey experience
Hands-on experience with PRDs, roadmap prioritization, experimentation and Agile delivery
Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills
Marketplace or ecosystem experience will be a strong plus.
