Guidewire BC/CC/PC Developer

Role Overview:
Technical Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Information Science or Information Systems
Management or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of IT hands-on application development experience
Minimum 4 to 5 years of IT hands-on development experience with Guidewire BillingCenter
9.0 or higher
Proven experience with Configuration and Integration experience with Guidewire
BillingCenter 9.0 or higher
Minimum 3 years of hand on experience with SQL (SQL server/Oracle/DB2)/No SQL related
technologies
Minimum 2 years of experience integrating with RESTful /SOAP Web services
Knowledge of working with monitoring tools like AppDynamics
Strong understanding of object-oriented design best practices
Knowledge of researching and preparing detailed functional specifications
Good knowledge of estimating, planning and tracking development tasks
Experience with debugging production issues and resolving them
Experience with identifying application performance bottlenecks and resolving them
In depth hands-on experience with continuous integration practices, processes and tools
(Jenkins, JUNIT, GitLab) jenkins
Proficient in writing configurable, maintainable and testable code in a highly collaborative
environment
Property & Casualty domain knowledge is a plus

Experience – 6 to 12 years
Develop, review, and update governance and risk management policies to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align policies with business objectives and risk appetite.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on existing policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and training on policy implementation and compliance requirements.
• Support internal audits and risk assessments by supplying relevant policy documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in policy frameworks to enhance governance effectiveness
3.Guidewire Claim Center
Mandatory Skill – Configuration + Integration (both)
ACE Certification is Mandatory
GW Claim Center Guidewire ClaimCenter professional responsible for configuring and customizing the claims management system to match business needs.
Supports integration with external systems and troubleshoots application issues.
Collaborates with stakeholders to optimize claim processing workflows.
Conducts system and user acceptance testing and provides end-user training.
Requires knowledge of insurance claims processes and technical skills in Java, XML, and SQL
