Role Description The Learning and Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Atmantan Wellness Centre in Mulshi. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs that enhance staff capabilities across wellness, hospitality, and operations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training needs assessments, developing curricula and training materials, facilitating workshops and coaching sessions, and coordinating onboarding programs for new team members. The manager will collaborate with department heads to align learning initiatives with organizational goals, track training effectiveness using measurable outcomes, and maintain training records and compliance documentation. The role also involves supporting leadership development, promoting a continuous learning culture, and ensuring that training content reflects Atmantan’s wellness philosophy and service standards.
Qualifications
Strong ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, including workshops, coaching sessions, and onboarding initiatives.
Skills in curriculum development, instructional design, and creation of training materials and digital learning content.
Competence in conducting training needs analysis, performance gap assessments, and developing targeted learning plans.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse teams and promoting a learning culture.
Experience in learning and development, HR, or organizational development, preferably within hospitality, wellness, or service-focused sectors.
Ability to use learning management systems, productivity tools, and basic data analysis to track and report training outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in L&D or training are an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Mulshi, collaborate across functions, and adapt training approaches to varied staff roles and schedules.
