Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mulshi. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance. The Finance Manager will manage accounting activities such as general ledger entries, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll coordination. The role involves preparing financial reports, analyzing variances, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and supporting audits. The Finance Manager will collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights, optimize costs, and support strategic decision-making for the wellness centre.
Qualifications
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance practices.
Experience with financial software, spreadsheets, and ERP or accounting systems.
Ability to interpret data, prepare clear reports, and present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are an advantage.
Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, or service-oriented industries is preferred.
Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and commitment to ethical financial practices.
