Role Description The Associate Director – Guest Relations is a full-time, on-site role based in Mulshi, responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of guest experience from arrival to departure. This role manages the guest relations team, ensures seamless check-in and check-out processes, and handles escalations and special requests with discretion and care. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising front-of-house operations, coordinating with wellness, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams to deliver a cohesive and personalized guest journey, and monitoring guest feedback to drive continuous improvement. The Associate Director will develop service standards, train team members, and maintain high levels of hospitality, communication, and professionalism that reflect Atmantan’s wellness philosophy. The role also involves preparing reports, supporting occupancy and revenue goals through exceptional service, and representing the brand in guest interactions and onsite events.
Qualifications
Strong guest relations and hospitality management skills, including experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or wellness centres.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to handle diverse guest needs and complex situations.
Team leadership abilities, including staff training, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
Organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple guest touchpoints and operational priorities simultaneously.
Customer service mindset with a high degree of empathy, cultural sensitivity, and attention to detail.
Comfort with basic administrative tasks, reporting, and use of property management or reservation systems.
Ability and willingness to work on-site in Mulshi, including weekends and shifts as required by operations.
Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field; prior experience in a supervisory or managerial guest-facing role is highly beneficial.
