Creative Generalist

We’re looking for a Creative Generalist who lives and breathes the internet.
Someone who can spot a great story, find the hook, write it, shoot it, shape the edit, and know what makes people want to watch till the end.
You’ll work across -
Finding and telling great stories from inside LIT
Writing scripts, hooks, captions and social-first copy
Coming up with Reel formats, content series and new social IPs
Shooting content and directing people on camera
Briefing editors and shaping edits - pacing, music, cuts, text, everything
Finding references and knowing what’s happening across Instagram, YouTube and internet culture
Turning random moments, student stories, events and conversations into content
Looking at what people are watching, sharing and talking about and figuring out what we should make next
Working with creators, students, founders and interesting people to make genuinely good stuff
You should have great taste, strong storytelling instincts and an obsessed relationship with the internet.
You notice the first three seconds.
You care when an edit is two seconds too long.
You save references constantly.
You know when something feels forced.
And when you see great content, your brain immediately starts figuring out why it works.
You don’t need to fit neatly into “writer”, “social media manager”, “videographer” or “creative strategist”.
You just need to be really good at making the internet care.
