Role Overview
We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who can lead visual storytelling across digital platforms
and build a strong, consistent brand identity.
This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute creatively, and drive high-quality
output across campaigns, performance creatives, and brand assets.
Key Responsibilities -
Brand & Visual Identity
● Maintain and evolve LIT’s visual identity
● Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
● Develop design systems, templates, and guidelines
Performance & Growth Creatives
● Create high-converting creatives for Meta, Google & LinkedIn ads
● Design landing page visuals & campaign graphics
● Work closely with marketing to optimize creatives based on performance data
Social Media & Content
● Design Instagram carousels, reels covers, LinkedIn creatives, YouTube thumbnails
● Support content storytelling through strong visual communication
● Build and scale a structured organic content engine
Internal Decks
● Design high-impact program decks and pitch decks
● Ensure clarity, storytelling flow, and premium positioning in all decks
● Regularly update decks based on program changes and campaign focus
Website & Marketing Collaterals
● Website banners and landing page assets
● Lead magnets and downloadable resources
● Event creatives, brochures, and internal branding assets
Who We’re Looking For
1-3 years of experience in graphic design
Strong portfolio (performance + brand work)
Proficiency in Adobe Suite / Figma
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong ownership and attention to detail
