Job Summary
We are seeking Senior Python Developers with strong hands-on experience building SaaS platforms using distributed and event-driven architectures. The role requires deep backend expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to own complex systems end to end.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable backend services using Python
• Build and maintain event-driven and distributed systems
• Work extensively with Kafka for messaging and streaming use cases
• Design and optimize data models across SQL and NoSQL databases
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability
• Lead troubleshooting, performance tuning, and RCA activities
• Mentor mid-level developers and review code
• Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and product teams
• Participate in production deployments and on-call rotations
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
• 5–8 years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong expertise in Python (must)
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
• Good experience designing and working with distributed systems
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures
• Experience building and scaling SaaS platforms
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with system design, performance tuning, and scalability
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD workflows
• Strong experience in Linux-based environments
Good to Have
• Experience with graph databases (Neo4j, JanusGraph, etc.)
• Experience developing services in Java
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to cloud-native architectures
