Python Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for Python Technical Leads with proven experience designing and leading large-scale SaaS platforms. This role requires strong architectural ownership, deep expertise in distributed and event-driven systems, and the ability to guide teams in building highly scalable, reliable products.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and define backend architecture for the SaaS platform
• Design and lead implementation of distributed, event-driven systems
• Drive platform-wide usage of Kafka-based messaging architectures
• Define data strategies using SQL, NoSQL, and graph databases
• Ensure scalability, availability, security, and performance
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to teams
• Review system designs, code, and architectural decisions
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and leadership teams
• Lead incident reviews, architectural improvements, and long-term roadmap
• Support hiring, technical evaluations, and team growth
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Python (must)
• Strong experience designing distributed systems at scale
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures
• Proven experience building and scaling SaaS platforms
• Strong system design and architectural skills
• Experience leading technical teams and large codebases
• Strong understanding of microservices, reliability, and scalability patterns
• Extensive experience in Linux-based production environments
Good to Have
• Experience with graph databases (Neo4j, JanusGraph, etc.)
• Strong hands-on experience with Java
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms
• Knowledge of security, authentication, and data protection practices
