Role overview:
The Senior Manager/ Associate Director - Talent Acquisition (Volume Hiring) will drive
end-to-end volume hiring for field sales and branch operations roles, while leading and
mentoring a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets. The role focuses on developing
effective sourcing strategies, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring quality hires in a
fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Volume Recruitment Leadership:
● Lead and manage the end-to-end volume recruitment process.
● Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates.
● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities. Team Management:

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
Ensure clear communication and alignment on hiring requirements.
Quality of Hire: Maintain a strong focus on the quality of hires while managing high-volume recruitment.
● Implement metrics to measure the success and impact of recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in any field.
● Proven experience of 7 to 15 years in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on volume
hiring.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Must Have:
● Proven experience in volume hiring, specifically for field sales and field operations roles
across branch locations.
● Strong understanding of the entire recruitment process.
● Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of hires within specified timelines.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
