About the Role
Nischal’s Smart Learning Solutions is looking for a responsible and people-oriented HR Executive to support our day-to-day HR operations and help build a positive and productive workplace.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be organized, approachable, and capable of handling recruitment, employee coordination, documentation and general HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating with candidates.
Understand hiring requirements from different departments and close positions within the required timelines.
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate records.
Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
Assist with attendance, leave and employee-related records.
Support payroll-related HR activities and coordinate with the accounts team when required.
Address employee queries and coordinate with management to resolve HR-related concerns.
Assist in implementing company policies and HR procedures.
Monitor employee engagement and support a positive workplace environment.
Conduct exit formalities and maintain exit documentation.
Prepare regular HR reports and maintain HR databases.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company HR processes.
Support employee events, training and other internal HR initiatives.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in HR or a related role.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
Freshers with a relevant HR qualification and strong communication skills may also be considered.
