Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Physics

Experience: 2–5 years in Teaching, Content Development, or Subject Expertise
Education: M.Sc. / M.Tech. / Ph.D. in Physics preferred
About the Role
Nischals is looking for a passionate Physics Subject Matter Expert who can combine strong subject knowledge with an understanding of how students learn.
The candidate will contribute to developing accurate, engaging, and concept-driven Physics learning content for students across different grade levels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, review, and refine Physics content for Grades 6–12.
Ensure concepts, explanations, examples, and questions are accurate and easy to understand.
Simplify complex Physics concepts into engaging learning experiences.
Review educational materials for conceptual accuracy and quality.
Collaborate with content, academic, and product teams.
Align content with relevant school curricula and frameworks such as CBSE, ICSE, and IB.
Contribute ideas for activity-based and experiential learning resources.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Physics preferred.
2–5 years of relevant experience in teaching, academic content development, curriculum development, or subject expertise.
Strong conceptual understanding of Physics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, student-friendly manner.
Strong attention to detail and academic accuracy.
Interest in education, learning technology, and innovative teaching methodologies.
Preferred
Experience with:
School-level Physics curriculum
Educational content development
Digital learning resources
CBSE / ICSE / IB curriculum
Activity-based or experiential learning
