About the Role
We are looking for a polished and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager to be the face of our sales team and the first meaningful touchpoint for every prospective client. This is not a back-office calling role – it's a client-facing relationship-building position where you will represent the Reneev brand with the presentation, confidence, and professionalism our projects deserve. You will own the client's journey from first enquiry to a well-managed handover to the senior sales team, ensuring every interaction feels premium, personalized, and trustworthy.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary relationship point of contact for prospective clients, building trust and rapport from the very first interaction.
Understand client requirements and present project offerings in a consultative, needs-based manner rather than a scripted pitch.
Maintain ongoing relationships with prospects through personalized follow-ups across calls, messages, and site visits.
Lead & Pipeline Management
Manage and nurture leads generated across channels (walk-ins, digital campaigns, referrals, and events) through to conversion-readiness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and pipeline status in the CRM.
Prioritize and follow up on leads in a timely, organized manner to avoid drop-offs.
Communication & Client Experience
Conduct outbound calls and client meetings with a confident, articulate, and professional demeanour.
Handle client queries and objections with clarity, patience, and a solutions-first approach.
Ensure every client experience – whether over a call or in person – reflects the premium positioning of Reneev's projects.
Sales Coordination
Work closely with the senior sales team to support deal closures, site visit coordination, and documentation.
Provide timely and structured handovers of qualified leads to senior sales members.
Share client feedback and market insights with the sales and marketing teams to help refine messaging and offerings.
What We're Looking For
Presentation & Personality: A well-groomed, presentable, and confident individual who carries themselves with professionalism in front of premium clientele.
Experience: 2–3 years of sales or client-facing experience; prior exposure to premium real estate, hospitality, or luxury retail will be strongly preferred.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Gujarati is mandatory, along with strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using CRM tools, digital communication platforms, and basic MS Office applications.
Mindset: A dynamic, growth-oriented individual with a genuine customer-first approach and the drive to build a long-term career in premium real estate sales.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
