Graphic Designer
Department: Marketing
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to give shape to the Reneev brand across every touchpoint. From project launches and social media to brochures, hoardings, and the Experience Centre, you will turn ideas into striking visuals that feel premium, consistent, and unmistakably ours. This is a role for someone who sweats the details and enjoys seeing their work go from screen to street.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Execution
Create compelling designs for digital and print, including social media creatives, ad campaigns, brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, and invitations.
Design layouts and collateral for project launches, events, and Experience Centre displays.
Adapt campaign concepts across formats and platforms while keeping a consistent look and feel.
Brand Consistency
Follow and uphold brand guidelines across all designs, ensuring consistent use of colours, typography, and visual language.
Work with the Marketing team and external agencies to translate briefs into polished, on-brand creatives.
Contribute fresh ideas and visual directions that elevate the brand's premium positioning.
Production & Coordination
Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure quality output.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines, incorporating feedback quickly and accurately.
Organize and maintain a well-structured library of design files, templates, and brand assets.
Motion & Content Support
Create simple motion graphics, reels, and short-form visuals for social media and digital campaigns.
Support photographers and content creators by editing and finalizing visuals for publishing.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in graphic design; experience in real estate, lifestyle, hospitality, or luxury brands is a plus.
Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and branding skills across digital and print.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (or equivalent tools); Figma and Canva knowledge is a plus.
Working knowledge of basic video/motion editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar) is an advantage.
Understanding of print production processes, file formats, and colour management.
Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and detail.
Ability to take feedback constructively and work to tight timelines.
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
What we're looking for
A designer with taste, initiative, and pride in their craft – someone who can look at a brief and come back with something better than what was imagined, and who cares as much about the final print as the first sketch.
