The company provides integrated healthcare through Ayurveda, Panchakarma, naturopathy, diet management and lifestyle modification.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Head/CMO to lead the company’s overall marketing function. The candidate will be responsible for brand building, patient acquisition, hospital footfall, revenue growth and integrated marketing across healthcare services, wellness programmes and Ayurvedic products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy.
Drive patient footfall, qualified leads, online consultations and hospital admissions.
Lead digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, content, PR, events and offline campaigns.
Create location-specific marketing plans for hospitals, clinics and wellness centres across India.
Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
Plan campaigns for Ayurveda, Panchakarma, specialised treatments, health camps and wellness programmes.
Monitor campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, conversions and marketing-driven revenue.
Manage annual marketing budgets, forecasts and growth targets.
Develop patient engagement, retention, remarketing and referral programmes.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and consumer-behaviour studies.
Collaborate with Operations, Medical, Sales, E-commerce, Call Centre and Product teams.
Manage marketing agencies, media partners and vendors.
Build and lead teams across brand, digital, performance, content, creative, PR and events.
Present marketing performance and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Candidate Requirements
15–20 years of marketing experience, with substantial exposure to a senior leadership role.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a related discipline preferred.
Proven experience in brand building, consumer marketing, digital marketing and customer acquisition.
Experience managing multi-location or PAN-India marketing operations.
Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign ROI and budget management.
Excellent leadership, strategic planning, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience in healthcare, hospitals, Ayurveda, wellness, FMCG or consumer healthcare is preferred.
Willingness to travel across India whenever required.
