Role Description The Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in different cities across India, responsible for overseeing the execution of interior and structural works at project locations. Daily activities include supervising on-site construction and installation, coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, and design teams, and ensuring work adheres to design specifications and industry standards. The role involves monitoring quality control, checking materials and workmanship, managing site documentation, and reporting progress to project managers. The Site Engineer will also address on-site issues, support safety compliance, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and experience working on interior or construction project locations.
Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills to collaborate with designers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
Candidates should possess quality control expertise, including the ability to inspect materials, workmanship, and adherence to specifications.
Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge and practical understanding of civil engineering principles applicable to interior and construction projects.
Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, with prior experience as a Site Engineer in interiors, construction, or fit-out projects.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, use basic project management tools, and apply safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work full time on-site in Bengaluru.
