Key Responsibilities
✅ End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
✅ Interview scheduling and candidate coordination
✅ Employee onboarding and induction
✅ HR documentation and personnel records management
✅ Attendance, leave, and HR MIS management
✅ Performance tracking and employee engagement initiatives
✅ Coordination with management on HR operations and compliance
Requirements
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–6+ years of HR experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
