Technical Lead

Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.
Architect scalable and maintainable systems (frontend + backend).
Mentor and guide a team of developers through code reviews, best practices, and career growth.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
Drive adoption of modern technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices.
Manage technical debt and continuously improve system architecture.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:
Strong experience in frontend technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js ).
Strong experience in backend development (Node.js, Java, Python, or similar).
Proficiency in REST APIs / GraphQL.
Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of system design and architecture.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Leadership and Soft Skills:
Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.
Ownership mindset with a focus on delivery and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in building large-scale distributed systems.
Exposure to AI/ML integrations or data-driven applications.
Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Open-source contributions or technical blogging.
