Role Description The IT Recruiter - Contract Position is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial assessments, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The IT Recruiter will partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, build talent pipelines, and drive an efficient hiring process. Daily responsibilities include maintaining recruitment trackers, managing candidate communication, negotiating offers within defined guidelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also includes contributing to employer branding initiatives and refining recruitment processes to meet business needs and timelines.
Qualifications
Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
Strong background in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with familiarity in hiring for a variety of technical roles.
Demonstrated expertise in Hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management.
Knowledge of modern recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS) and data-driven hiring practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with a focus on candidate experience.
Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, handle multiple requisitions, and meet tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; prior experience recruiting in fintech or technology companies is a plus.
