About Company :
Valenso Spaces is a premium corporate interior design and build company delivering high-quality workplace environments. We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and technical coordination of premium corporate interior projects from concept to handover.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead concept design, space planning and design development for corporate interior projects.
• Prepare and review layout plans, working drawings and GFC drawings
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, MEP teams and project managers
• Guide architects and designers throughout the design process
• Ensure design quality, functionality and compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate material selection, finishes and design specifications
• Support estimation and procurement teams with technical inputs
• Attend client presentations, design reviews and site meetings
• Resolve site-related design issues during execution
Required Skills
• Strong expertise in corporate office interior design
• Excellent space planning and technical detailing skills
• Knowledge of building services and MEP coordination
• Strong leadership, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Software Skills
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp / Revit
• Enscape / Lumion
• Adobe Photoshop
• MS Office
Qualifications
• B.Arch or M.Arch
• Experience in corporate interior design & build projects preferred
