Role Description
The Interiors Project Manager will oversee commercial interior projects from inception to handover, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations and company standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and tracking project milestones, supervising site execution, managing procurement and material delivery, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance requirements. The role also requires regular inspections, progress reporting, and proactive risk management to keep projects on track and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including experience with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience in expediting and expeditor functions, ensuring timely procurement, approvals, and delivery of materials and services.
Hands-on experience with inspection activities and quality control for interior fit-out and construction work.
Proficiency in logistics management related to site operations, vendor coordination, and material movement.
3–6 years of experience in commercial interiors or related project management roles, preferably in corporate or workspace projects.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications, with attention to detail and quality standards.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in basic project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with design or CAD software is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, work under deadlines, and maintain a professional client-facing approach.
