Job Summary :
Valenso Spaces is seeking a Procurement Executive with experience in sourcing, vendor management, material purchase, and cost negotiation specifically for corporate and commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities :
• Source and procure materials for corporate and commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Procure modular furniture, plywood, hardware, glass, aluminium partitions, flooring, lighting fixtures and more.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and ensure cost efficiency.
• Review BOQs and ensure procurement aligns with budgets.
• Maintain purchase orders, GRNs, quotation logs and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, designers and warehouse staff. • Track deliveries and ensure timely supply to sites.
• Resolve quality and delivery issues with vendors.
• Support project execution teams with procurement updates.
Required Skills & Technical Expertise Procurement & Vendor Skills :
• Strong vendor network in Bangalore.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Material Knowledge :
• Commercial-grade furniture, hardware, electrical, MEP and partition systems.
• Ceiling, flooring, acoustic and finishing materials.
Documentation & Software :
• Excel (mandatory)
• MS Office
• Basic ERP knowledge

Qualifications :
• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or Interior/Civil-related field.
