Responsibilities
Design, develop, deploy, and support integration solutions using SAP CPI (SAP Integration Suite).
Build and manage interfaces between SAP and third-party systems using APIs, IDocs, RFCs, SOAP, REST, OData, and SFTP.
Develop integration flows (iFlows), value mappings, message mappings, and exception handling mechanisms.
Work closely with functional and technical teams to gather integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Monitor integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
Configure and maintain APIs, security certificates, connectivity services, and integration artifacts.
Support SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, Salesforce, and other cloud integrations.
Participate in testing, deployment, hypercare, and production support activities.
Prepare technical documentation and adhere to integration best practices.
Required Skills
5-7 years of experience in SAP Integration technologies.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP CPI / SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Expertise in developing iFlows, message mappings, and integration scenarios.
Experience with REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, XML, JSON, and API-based integrations.
Strong understanding of integration architecture and middleware concepts.
Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA and other SAP cloud applications.
Knowledge of security protocols, certificates, OAuth, and authentication mechanisms.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with SAP PI/PO migration to CPI.
Exposure to SAP API Management and Event Mesh.
SAP BTP Integration Suite certification is a plus.
Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.
